Stags Leap View Estate – Sold

This property is situated on a very private 10-acre parcel south of Yountville set back in the middle of existing vineyards with dramatic views of Stags Leap and the Vaca and Mayacamas mountain ranges. Through its sponsored partnership, Pacific Union acquired and developed the property and designed the home. The property was sold early during construction and built in collaboration by the owners and Pacific Union who worked closely together to hand-select the owner’s finishes and design elements. This allowed the owners to tailor the home to their specific tastes and desires and move in to their completed home in far less time were they to undertake the process on their own. We call this process “Concierge Building” and we believe it hits the sweet-spot between a custom home and a spec home.
